также происходит и с другой стороны: есть аутлук экспресс 2003 (АЭ) в нем настпроены 2 учетные записи: одна локальная где адресс имя@local и смтп и поп3 стоят от компа на котором есерв 192,168,0,2 и вторая запись какбы внешняя там адресс office@e-hofmann.ru и смтп Провайдера, а поп3 есерва 192,168,0,2
для того чтобы работала локальная почта и писать можно было во внешнюю среду с от Имени офиссного ящика, а забирать почту по средствам рассылки с есерва. также заметил что такие письма приходят только на office@e-hofmann.ru, и ниразу на имя@local

Обратитесь к администратору сервера new3.rx.ru и попросите объяснений. Возможно, что-то там у них в настройках Exim слетело. А может, просто валом повалил спам с вашим обратным адресом.
