We are experiencing some problems with Eserv, when we try to create a new user.
When we first add a user it works.
But if we save the modification and then try to add another user. We get the following message : "Can't add item"
After waiting for one day it is possible to add the user again.

The server isn't restarted between these two operations.

Can you help us.
